On behalf of Board Chairman, Bert Paulssen, you are invited to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting with a hamburger BBQ to be held at G.L.D.C. Gas Co-op Ltd. located at 4402 – 54Avenue Rimbey, AB on May 11, 2022 at 6:00pm, meeting to follow. The purpose of the meeting is for interested Members to hear the Auditor’s report on the previous fiscal year’s financial statements, as well as reports from the Board of Directors and Management on various facets of the Co-op’s operations. RSVP’s are required if you would like to attend.
As per Supplemental Bylaw #1, the Secretary of the Association will accept nominations for the position of Director for any member in good standing up to close of business (4:30 p.m.) on April 11, 2022 at the Co-op office. NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME.
Nomination Process
Nominations to the Board must have the signature of the candidate and be a member in good standing. As well the person or persons making the nomination must also sign indicating that they are also a member(s) in a good standing.
